Step three: whitening at home

Now the easy part. You wear the trays with a small amount of professional gel as directed, either during the day or overnight depending on the system. Boutique, for example, offers a one-hour daytime option or an overnight wear. Most people see change within days and complete the course over two to three weeks, all from your own sofa in Kenley.
